  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 340 g flour
  • ¾ sachet baking powder

  • 220 g sugar
  • 100 g butter (melted)

Bake the cake base lightly at a temperature of 180° until the edges are lightly browned.

Then apply the butter-sugar topping evenly right away and bake the cake until it is a golden yellow colour, done.

You can add sliced almonds and a little cinnamon to the cake, depending on your taste.
