Important tips
for a successful application
Your application documents are not just there to apply for a training place. They are much more than that! They are your marketing material that allows you to demonstrate that, in addition to achieving your school-leaving certificate, you know how to use a computer and can sell yourself well.
Pay attention to these details:
- Make sure your application folder is complete
- Make sure there are no gaps in your CV
- If there are gaps – can they be explained?
- Check all pages are clean and not dog-eared
- No spelling mistakes please!
Facebook & Co.
Make sure your social media posts are not visible to everyone. Some HR managers will have a look at Facebook in order to gain a better impression of the applicant. That picture of the last party is a private matter. Protect your personal privacy!
No need to be worried about an interview with Rime!
An invitation to attend an interview is almost half the battle. If we invite you for an interview, it is because we are curious to find out more about you. This means you have already cleared the first hurdle.
You are bound to be nervous and there is no reason to conceal it. It would be odd if you were not a little agitated.
In the interview, you can expect many standard questions that you can be well-prepared for. Of course we want to know why you want to start this training programme with us and what your ambitions for your career are. We will certainly ask you a couple of questions about your CV. These questions are the easiest to answer.
Have you done any research on Rime? Do you know how many people we employ, what a contract manufacturer is and what processing methods we use? If you are well-informed about us, it shows our boss that you are really interested in our company.
Good luck for your interwiew! Wir are looking forward to meet you!
